These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website betaallink.myshopify.com (the "Store") and any purchase of digital products from it. The Store is operated by Betaallink, 7 Clontarf Road, Dollymount, Dublin, D03 K7X4, Ireland ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell digital products only: editable templates, prompt libraries, guides, and related downloadable content. Product descriptions, inclusions and counts are provided in good faith; minor variations in file count or format may occur as the bundle is updated.

2. Ordering and payment

  • Prices are displayed in the store currency at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its partners; we never see or store your full card details.
  • A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email with your download links.
  • We may cancel an order and refund it in full where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a payment-provider block.

3. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate after payment. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as set out in our Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

5. Licence — what you can and cannot do

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own personal and commercial projects (e.g. social media content, client work, your own products).

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sub-license or give away the files or bundle, in whole or in part, whether modified or not;
  • Upload the files to template marketplaces, file-sharing sites or AI training datasets;
  • Claim the original templates or prompt libraries as your own product.

All intellectual property rights remain with Betaallink and our licensors. Third-party platforms referenced in the bundle (Canva, ChatGPT, Midjourney, YouTube, TikTok, Etsy, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and are not affiliated with or endorsing this Store.

6. No guarantee of results

Our products are educational and creative tools. Any income figures, examples or case studies are illustrative only. We do not guarantee that you will earn any particular amount of money, grow an audience, or achieve any specific result. Your results depend on your own effort, skills and market conditions.

7. Third-party accounts

Using some products requires a free or paid account with a third-party service (for example Canva or OpenAI). Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing, which may change. We are not responsible for changes to, or the availability of, third-party platforms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Store or products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to circumvent download limits.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
