Shipping & Delivery Policy

All products sold on betaallink.myshopify.com are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping fees are charged.

How delivery works

• Delivery is instant and automatic. As soon as your payment is confirmed, download links are shown on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address you used at checkout.
• Download links are also available from your order confirmation email at any time.
• Files are delivered as ZIP archives, PDFs and/or links to editable Canva templates, depending on the product.

Didn't receive your files?

1. Check your spam / promotions folder for an email from our store.
2. Confirm the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
3. If you still can't find it within 1 hour, email lynch@promptiify.net with your order number and we will re-send the files manually, usually within 24 hours.

Download limits

Download links may be limited to a set number of downloads to prevent abuse. If you reach the limit and need the files again, contact us and we will reset it for you.

Regions

Digital products are available worldwide. Prices are shown in the store currency; your bank may apply a conversion fee if your card is in another currency.
