What exactly do I get?

How do I receive the files?

Do I need a paid Canva account?

No. The templates open and edit in free Canva. A few use Canva Pro elements (premium fonts or stock photos) — Canva flags these and you can swap them for free alternatives in one click.

Do I need ChatGPT Plus or Midjourney?

The ChatGPT prompts work on the free ChatGPT tier. Midjourney is a paid service, so the Midjourney prompts need a Midjourney subscription — most also work in DALL·E or Stable Diffusion with minor tweaks.

Can I use the templates for client work or products I sell?

Yes. The licence covers personal and commercial use: social content, client deliverables, digital products, print-on-demand. You just can't resell or redistribute the raw templates and prompts themselves. Full details on our Licence page.

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment, lifetime access. No renewals, no hidden fees.

Do I get future updates?

Yes. When we add templates or update prompts for newer AI models, existing customers get the new version free.

What if it's not for me?

Email us within 30 days and we refund you in full. No forms, no questions. See the Refund Policy.

Will I make money with this?

The bundle gives you the tools and playbooks — it doesn't do the work for you. Results depend on your effort, niche and consistency. We don't guarantee any specific income.

Can I share the files with my team?

The standard licence is for one person. Running a team or agency? Email us for a multi-seat licence.

I didn't get my download email.

Check spam/promotions first. If it's not there within an hour, follow the steps on Download Help or email lynch@promptiify.net with your order number and we'll re-send it.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus the express options shown at checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal where available). Payments are processed securely by Shopify.
